Our traditional accounting services include timely financial and management reports usually on a monthly basis. We strive to understand each business and to measure the key operating elements that affect profitability and value. The resulting scorecard is then communicated with management.

Our financial services are designed to provide external VP of Finance services to the senior management team. These services are as follows:

Development of financial management strategy to track results consistent with the organizations strategic goals
Advise the president and other key members of senior management on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the president informed of all critical issues.
Represent the organization externally, as necessary, particularly in banking and lease negotiations.
Design and implement key management bonus calculations which incentivize executives toward key company goals.
Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the finance team.
